| Dr. Gad J. Selig, PMP has thirty+ years of diversified domestic / international executive, management and consulting experience with both Fortune 500 and smaller companies in the financial services, utility, telecommunications, software and high technology, manufacturing and retail industries. His experience includes: marketing, sales, planning, operations, business development, mergers and acquisitions, general management (with full P & L responsibility), systems / network integration / outsourcing, MIS / CIO, telecommunications, the Internet, electronic commerce, product development, project management, process innovation, training and entrepreneurship.
Dr. Selig is Managing Partner and founder of GPS Group, Inc., a consulting, research and training firm that focuses on marketing and information technology issues and opportunities and assists large and small organizations to: assess, plan and assist in implementing business and marketing plans and strategies; assess, plan and assist in implementing information/ telecommunications solutions; conduct workshops and seminars.
Dr. Selig is a faculty member at the University of Bridgeport. |
J Dalal has been a keynote speaker at previous five Outsourcing world summits organized by Corbett Associates. J. Dalal specializes and consults in the field of Information Technology and Business Process outsourcing - with a special emphasis on offshore advantages for outsourcing. His hands-on experience in establishing outsourcing practice for some of the world's largest professional services companies, especially qualify him as our keynote speaker. His experiences include one of the largest Financial Services companies, a multi-billion dollar IT services provider, a small financial transaction service provider just entering the BPO marketplace and a software company specializing in tools for outsourcing. Additionally, Jag has served as CIO of Carrier Corporation, a $9B company.
Prior to joining Carrier Corporation, Jag was a Partner in Pricewaterhouse Coopers responsible for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in the Technology and Communication industry group. At PwC, he was responsible for the largest BPO deal recorded to date- Nortel Networks outsourced its Human Resources and Procurement functions to PwC under a $630M (5 year) agreement |
Dr. Grover is recognized as one of the top three researchers among over 4000 in management information systems. He is published extensively with over 100 publications in refereed journals. Dr. Grover's areas of interest are diverse, with much of his focus on the effective deployment of IT initiatives in organizations. His work has been on business process change, electronic commerce, strategic information systems, tele-communications and inter-organizational systems, and the organizational impacts of information technologies. These topics have been investigated using a number of methodologies including survey and case study.
His research interests include EC & Market Structures, Inter-organizational Systems &Telecomm, Business Process and Organizational Change, Organizational Impacts & Strategic Impacts due to the Adoption and Diffusion of Information Technologies, Planning and Mgmt. of Information Technology including Outsourcing Decisions.
He is frequently invited on speaker engagements and is recipient of many awards. He has been interviewed by many information technology and MIS publications. |
